IMCO Utility Supply Co.
One of the largest independently owned water and sewer suppliers in the Midwest
Founded in Springfield, Illinois back in 1957, Illinois Meter, Inc., with its rich history, was bought by the Sheley family in 1985. With plenty of hard work and effort, what started as a small warehouse in a residential area blossomed into five locations throughout central and southern Illinois, with one location in St. Louis, Missouri. They eventually rebranded to the name IMCO Utility Supply Company in 2002 with the opening of their Missouri location, and created a small, basic website, simply to share contact information. This website remained static through their growth over the next several years.

A New Site.
When it comes to utility contractors, IMCO and the Sheley family became well known for their quality products, expansive inventory, fast delivery, and knowledgeable technicians that are available 24 hours a day. Because of this, there was a high volume need for IMCO's quality products from lead manufacturers, as well as linestopping and tapping services.They became aware of the need for a website that highlighted the importance of their products and services. This led them to Height Media at the end of 2021.
The Height Media team collaborated with IMCO staff to discuss the vision for their website, gather updated information, photograph IMCO headquarters and their products, and design and build a website that delivers the standard of the company. Height Media launched a fully functioning 8-page website at the beginning of 2022, that works well on different devices and reflects the integrity of the IMCO brand.
